Maddy is now offering a limited number of private sound healing sessions for those seeking deep rest, nervous system support, and a quiet space to reset.

Unlike a group sound bath, these one-on-one sessions offer a more personalized experience, allowing the sound and pacing to be gently guided for your individual needs and comfort.

Using a variety of instruments that create calming tones and vibrations, sound healing works by helping the body settle into a deeply relaxed state where natural restoration can occur. Many people experience a sense of calm similar to meditation or restful sleep.

Sessions are available in 60- or 75-minute formats and include time afterward for relaxing tea, grounding, and simple integration before returning to your day.

What to Expect

While each session is unique, most follow a simple and calming flow.

You will settle into a quiet, softly lit space with supportive mats, blankets, and cushions provided for comfort. Most people lie down and simply rest while the instruments are played nearby, allowing the sound and vibration to fill the room.

Sessions often begin with a few moments of grounding or gentle breathing to help the body relax. The sounds then rise and fall in slow, soothing waves as the instruments are played intentionally throughout the space.

There is nothing you need to do during the session — simply relax and allow the experience to unfold.

At the end of the session, there is time to slowly return to awareness with tea, quiet reflection, and grounding before continuing your day.


What to Bring & What to Wear

Everything needed for the session is provided, but you may wish to bring:

• a small pillow or eye mask for added comfort
• a water bottle
• socks or an extra layer if you tend to get cool
• a journal if you enjoy reflecting afterward

Wear soft, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax easily — yoga wear or loose loungewear works well. Dressing in layers can help you stay comfortable throughout the session.
