We offer several different styles of hot yoga including vinyasa, power flow, hot 26 (static poses) and deep stretch. These classes focus on building strength, stamina and flexibility. The room is heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. The heat aids in toxin elimination through sweat, increases heart rate and blood flow to speed up metabolism for weight management, facilitates injury healing, promotes mental focus and a sense of well being.
Warm yoga classes are great for beginners or individuals who are sensitive to high heat. The room is heated to 80-85 degrees, just enough to help relax muscles to stretch safely. Warm vinyasa is great for those who want a faster-paced class with less intense heat. Warm slow flow is great for people that like a slower more meditative class with longer holds to access and release tight hips and shoulders.
Warm relax and restore is perfect for those that seek to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This is a perfect way to disconnect from the busy world and restore inner peace and natural balance. The classes offer 45 minutes of gentle poses including twists, seated forward folds, light backbends and heart openers designed to nurture and heal the body. End class with guided meditation to nurture and heal the mind and spirit.

Join Maddy for a relaxing, guided meditation class with a Tibetan singing bowl, chime music, and a warm beverage! Come escape and give your mind, body, and spirit a “mini-vacation.” Great for depression, anxiety, insomnia, addiction recovery, or just overall relaxation. We will offer optional gentle postures to help facilitate relaxation, or you can take a 75-minute-long savasana while the vibrational sounds soothe and health you.
