Baron Baptiste style focuses on building a strong foundation of muscular strength, balance, and flexibility. Inversions are offered. Appeals to advanced students. Music played, and the room heated to 100-105 degrees.
Hot Vinyasa Level 1-2
Hot vinyasa class for beginners who are ready to take their practice to the next level. This class offers basic poses and also explores arm balances and inversions. Will have beginner to advanced variations, so no one feels left out. The room is heated to 105 degrees.
Barkan style vinyasa flow. Each fluid movement is a progression that leads to the next allowing the body to open and stretch naturally. We flow in and out of poses using the breath to connect each movement for maximum efficiency. Music is played, and the room is heated to 105 degrees. All levels welcome.
Hot Yoga Basics
This is a slower paced class that is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to refine their basic poses. Learn downward dog, warrior poses, breathing techniques and
the beauty of chanting OM. The room is heated between 102-105 degrees and music played. All levels welcome.
One hour vinyasa class great for a mid-day pick me up. Designed to energize and strengthen the body. 105 degrees. All levels welcome.
Warm Relax and Restore
This class offers 35-45 minutes of slow-paced gentle stretches for the whole body. We end class with heart and hip openers followed by a 1/2 hour restful guided meditation.
A great way to prepare for a good night’s sleep and a great week ahead. The room is heated between 80-85 degrees. All levels welcome. Great class for beginners.

Yoga for a Healthy Spine
Whether healing from an injury, experiencing chronic pain, or just trying to loosen up at the end of the week, this class is designed to promote healthy alignmnet and healing through the body with a focus on the sprine. Delaing with back pain has become commonplace, but it doesn’t have to be! This class will focus on safe and supported movements you can implement everyday, always ending with relaxation.
