Classic Bikram style (22-26 static poses) designed to work the whole body from the “inside out.” The sequence of postures will stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint, and organ of the body. No music; the room is heated to 105 degrees—all levels.

Hot Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a fitness-based practice that incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence). It has many benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, flexibility, and stress reduction. Each class ends with a motivating meditation that complements the practice—the perfect class for the athlete and yoga enthusiast.
Hot Vinyasa Level 1-2
This hot vinyasa class is for beginners who are ready to take their practice to the next level. This class offers basic poses and also explores arm balances and inversions. There will be beginner to advanced variations, so no one feels left out. The room is heated to 105 degrees.
Barkan style vinyasa flow. Each fluid movement is a progression that leads to the next allowing the body to open and stretch naturally. We flow in and out of poses using the breath to connect each movement for maximum efficiency. Music is played, and the room is heated to 105 degrees. All levels are welcome.
Hot Yoga Basics
This is a slower-paced class perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to refine their basic poses. Learn downward dog, warrior poses, breathing techniques, and
the beauty of chanting OM. The room is heated between 102-105 degrees, and music is played. All levels are welcome.
One hour vinyasa class is excellent for a mid-day pick me up. This class is designed to energize and strengthen the body. The room is heated to 105 degrees. All levels are welcome.
Warm Relax and Restore
This class offers 35-45 minutes of slow-paced, gentle stretches for the whole body. We end class with heart and hip openers followed by a 1/2 hour restful guided meditation;
a great way to prepare for a good night’s sleep and a great week ahead. The room is heated to between 80-85 degrees. All levels are welcome. Great class for beginners.
Warm Slow Flow
This class is a mix of slow-paced flow and deep stretches that focus on opening hips and shoulders. Relaxing music is played, and the room is heated to 90 degrees—all levels, great for beginners and students with injuries.
Yoga for a Healthy Spine
Whether healing from an injury, experiencing chronic pain, or just trying to loosen up at the end of the week, this class is designed to promote healthy alignment and healing through the body with a focus on the spine. Dealing with back pain has become commonplace, but it doesn’t have to be! This class will focus on safe and supported movements you can implement every day, always ending with relaxation.
