Breath Workshop with Abbie

Come join Abbie for a 2-hour workshop on pranayama and breath work.

Prana is the life force within us all. When we learn to extend that properly we become empowered, and also empower those who surround us. Proper breathing technique can improve not only your yoga practice but the quality of your life. Abbie will teach you several types of yogic breathing to help you discover the true power of your breath in your practice.

Sound Healing and Guided Meditation with Maddy

Join Maddy for a relaxing guided meditation class with Tibetan singing bowl and chime music. Come escape and give your mind, body, and spirit a “mini vacation.” Great for depression, anxiety, insomnia, addiction recovery, or just overall relaxation. We will offer optional gentle postures to help facilitate relaxation, or you can just take a 75-minute long savasana and allow the vibrational sounds to soothe and heal you.

Bring a yoga mat, optional pillow to rest your head. we will provide blankets and blocks.

This is a donation class. $10-20 suggested, but please pay what you can the day of. NO ONE will be turned away due to lack of funds.
